Pricing metrics for AI AI solu琀椀ons use the following pricing metrics. There is a great variety here, but the most common metrics are based on tokens. Open.ai explains tokens as follows: “You can think of tokens as pieces of words used for natural language processing. For English text, 1 token is approximately 4 characters or 0.75 words. As a point of reference, the collected works of Shakespeare are about 900,000 words or 1.2M tokens.” There were a large number of ‘Other’ responses. The most common of the other responses are pricing by model and custom pricing design for each customer.
