      SURVEY DEMOGRAPHICS The survey was conducted in May and June of 2023. Responses were solicited through direct email by PeakSpan and Ibbaka and through promo琀椀on at webinars and on LinkedIn. The results are biased by the community that could be reached. It is possible that companies with higher NRR performance were more likely to respond, and as a result, this overstates NRR performance in the general SaaS market. There were a total of 341 responses.
